10/24/09 Battle for Britain

First topic message reminder :

This year we all will handle our own registrations due to some having passes from Phantom Panic. Please call Skirmish and register German and let them know you are with our group as well. Feel free to use my name to reference the group as well if need be.

Nate will be XO'ing once again so please direct any questions to me so he is free to plan.

Also once we have a good headcount I will plan out the convoy list and rally times. We can stay ar Murdoc's cabin for a small fee ($20 each I believe). Most of us will fit in the cabin and others may choose to camp out side, but those that campout will still need to chip in the same so in an act of fairness they should get first dibs on the shower and first in line for chow...Cool?

We will be taking the beach this time so be prepared to shoot or help motivate others to shoot. Grenade throwers will also be needed and flag runners. I will be flag running as money is very tight and I need to limit what I shoot if I plan on eating at all up there (LOL).

Once the headcount is confirmed we will plan a menu for the night before, breakfast the day of, lunch on your own, dinner night of we can go out-order-cook!

Please post any ideas or suggestions I may have overlooked!

O btw think ill be camping up there night before because my bro doesnt want to drive 2 hours up and back on same day. Either at Skrimish if we can or a nearby campsite. Anyone else looking to be up there friday night oo feel free to join us.

We officially have the cabin for Friday night. We will keep the cost at $20 per person, and anyone who wants to help make up the difference (if there is any) is free to chip in a few bucks. Ghost can't make it, so we'll have to drink his share for him! (just as long as we are ready for the next day's victory over the allied forces!)

Cool. If there is anyway you can get the money to me before Thursday that would be great so we can pay when we get up there. If not I can spot it out of my paint money.

The cabin is one house further up the road. I would like to pay in cash when the first wave gets up there, so please pay on Sunday if at all possible.
